Chocotritious® SuperNutritious Peppermint Bark

Ingredients

2 cups 60% cocoa chocolate chips 

1 cup Organic greens powder 

1 cup Egg white protein powder

¼ cup Psyllium powder

¼ cup Chia seeds ground, or chia seed oil

2 Tbsp Glutamine powder if tolerated

20+ drops Organic peppermint essential oil, increase or decrease amount to taste (it’s very strong!)

 Directions

  • Melt chocolate at very low temperature, may use a double boiler or slow cooker

  • Mix dry ingredients very well

  • Add chia oil to melted chocolate

  • Mix melted chocolate and dry ingredients well.

  • Cover cookie sheet or shallow baking pan with parchment paper or flexible plastic cutting board sheet

  • Spread Chocotritious mix onto covered cookie sheet as thinly as possible.

  • You can “cut” into squares to make it easier to break apart later

  • Place in freezer for 15 minutes or more. 

  • Remove and break into pieces while still very cold.  

  • Keep in refrigerator or freezer.

  • Go organic whenever you can!
